      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp; i&amp;nbsp; changed my tv package yesterday and was told it would take 24 hour for it to be active just checked still not active&amp;nbsp; tried ringing cant get through and chat does'nt seem to be available online this happened the last time i changed my tv package and it took 2 days to get it sorted&amp;nbsp; so much for easy to switch your package !&lt;/P&gt;</description>
