Many people are having the problem.</P><P>I returned a TV box in January when I received a replacement, in the specific bag provided. Luckily I would not be charged for any lack of return. The online system still has the banner saying please return your equipment, without specifying what is to be returned.</P><P>I have kept the postal receipt since January.
