Incorrect phone numbers on the order BT placed for me.

My internet went down. BT advised I needed a new router and ordered one for me. On checking to see the delivery date, I noticed that the order they had placed for me had my old landline numbers against it, from our last house which we left 2 years ago.

Presumably BT know our current number, since they supply it, so does anyone know how I get these old numbers updated and why it just didn't happened automatically when we switched numbers.

Hi, @agpark welcome to the community and thanks for posting. I'm sorry to see your hub is faulty as I appreciate the inconvenience this must be causing, is the delivery address correct?

It's possible the contact number wasn't updated on our system as part of the home move order, I'll send you a private message so you can get in touch with the moderation team and we'll be able to help get that corrected.
