    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have just noticed that I have been charged for texts to 61998 when my phone and landline were out of order. &amp;nbsp;I have a BT mobile. &amp;nbsp;Talk about adding insult to injury! &amp;nbsp;This was the third or fourth time I had lost both services in as many months for days at a time. &amp;nbsp;What a cheek!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
