&lt;P&gt;I am sorry for the problems viewing your account online.&amp;nbsp; I understand the message you're getting when you log in.&amp;nbsp; My colleagues in the helpdesk should be able to help get this resolved.&amp;nbsp; Give them a shout today on 0800 800 150&amp;nbsp; and post back to let me know how you get on.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Multiple BT accounts</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have 2 accounts linked to my email, 1 is an old account &amp;amp; the other is for broadband etc. I had spoken to someone a few days ago through about having this changed &amp;amp; was told that it had been resolved. The ild accout is showing when I log in &amp;amp; as a result I am unable to view my bills etc when I log on.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone please advise how I can have the old account details removed?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When i do log on to myBT i get an error message that says ‘sorry we can’t get your account details at the moment’ it also says that it cant find any accounts for my BT id&lt;/P&gt;</description>
