Employee discount after leaving

Hi, I left BT last month and noticed that my next bill will jump from 38 to 100. I was pretty sure I had to pay full price for BB and TV now but when I phoned up sales and spoke to someone they had no idea about the discount on my employee mobile which I read should stay the same. He wanted to move me to EE and charge extra.

Can anyone help me with what i should get as a discount as an ex BT employee. Any help gratefully received.

Welcome and thanks for your post!

I'm sorry for the confusion and that you have been mis-informed. When you leave BT as an employee, all your discounts are also removed. You do not retain employee mobile discount. There is no discount for an ex-employee and when you decide to leave BT, you'll be regraded on to one of our standard options for your services.
