      <title>Returning loaner 4G router</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hoping a moderator can assist with this as I am getting nowhere with customer services.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When we were waiting for our fibre connection to be sorted out we were sent a 4G router as a temporary fix and then about a week later sent ANOTHER one!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After the problem was sorted we sent back one of the routers with the the pre paid postage sticker but the second one didn't have one and I have been unable to get Customer Services to understand we have TWO and I just need a label to send the second one back.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance..&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/304198"&gt;@WelshDave&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Thanks for posting, we don't ask for the 4g mini hubs to be returned as they can be reactivated should there ever be a fault with your service in the future.&lt;/P&gt;
