Speeds and Link ID

Hi I have an error of Your BT ID doesn’t appear to be linked with any of your BT accounts, whenI try and link my account.

Have tried a number of times but keeps saying the same. Also have new 900m fiber and connected with cat6 straight to PC wifi off and not getting much over 280 to 350 download and upload seems ok around 100.

Hi @masterraj1, welcome to the forum and sorry you can't add your account to your BTID.

I've sent you a Private Message so we can help you with this and look at your speed. In the meantime check that PC is capable of handling more than the 350Mb you've seen.
