      <title>My BT - Can't add account to MyBT</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;just signed up to BT FFTP and cancelled Virgin&amp;nbsp; - have been emailed all install dates, account number etc and asked to setup My BT.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've got my bt setup but can't get anything to show under account/products.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've clicked the add account - added the account number from the email and it says may take up to 5 minutes to appear but nothing ever appears just says&lt;/P&gt;&lt;H4&gt;You don't have any accounts you can manage&lt;/H4&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Is this normal / do I have to wait a couple days (not sure why would need to) before adding? just wanted to get direct debit setup etc.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;thanks Matt&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You should be able to track your order online. Billing won't appear until after you're connected. If you can't track your order I've sent you a Private Message and we'll be happy to get this fixed for you.&lt;/P&gt;
