Returns bag

I’ve requested 4 returns bags and none of them have turned up. I don’t want to get charged when clearly nothings been sent out. Anyone else had this before & what did you do?

Sorry you've not received a returns bag yet after multiple orders.
When was the last returns bag ordered?
Should it be sent to an address that is different to where you had service with us?

Hi, I ordered it over 10 days ago. No, they have all been ordered to our normal address we had service with that’s on the account.
