Can't claim my BT Reward Card?

Hi I cannot seem to claim my reward card? I've been set up and live since the end of June. Can anyone help?

Sorry that you're having trouble claiming your reward card. Have you set up your BTID for the account?

Yes I have but when I sign it it's an an old account number, when I try to click the new account number I still cannot claim the reward card?
