    <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Im a new customer and just started a new contract. One of the things that made me switch was that i would get a 4g hub tomorrow to give me a connection untill my smart hub 2 was installed but i have recieved no email confirmation or texts about the 4g hub arriving.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do they normally let you know about that or not because i really need wifi as i havent had any for almost 40 hours.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
