Rewards card

My BT broadband went live on the 9/6 and was due to receive a Mastercard reward card of £110. I claimed this reward on the 10/6 and still haven’t received anything. I have been on the phone to the card services with no joy. They have said that BT haven’t put the order through. Can anyone help.
