Return my kit

Hi bombarded with email saying return my kit which i would be delighted to do - it prompts me to login then select return my kit (this does not exist)

I have not received a return bag and now have 7 days before i am charged.

Reading some questions regarding returning equipment on here it does not seem to be a isolated issue. Please contact me so you can send a returns bag. I have moved address and want to make sure it lands there.

Thank you for posting. I'm sorry if you haven't been able to return your equipment back to BT. If you send me your details, I'll be able to arrange for a returns kit to be sent to your address.
