How can I change my BT account email address?

It asks me to log in to MyBT BUT then wants my original email address to sent to me a PIN

I do not have my old email address. That is why I want to change to my NEW email address.

I don't know where to post this BT does not make it easy and straight forward

I'm sorry you're having problems changing your email address. You've mentioned you don't have you old email address. Has it been deleted or are you having password problems with it?

The email has gone. It was removed ages ago. I have been trying to set my account to a new email and I cannot as I keep getting I will get a message on my old, gone email. I am going round in circles,
