broadband upgrade

hi, i have just upgraded my bt broadband to the 67Mb fibre halo3 , when making the upgrade it shows that you get the hub2 , i have not received the new hub and still using the home hub , i know it still works but beleive that i should have got the hub2 , anyone have any ideas

from reading the BT info there is no SH2 included with halo 3 only with halo 3+

looking at the offer on my bt it shows hub2 and hub2 plus wifi disk on halo 3 with complete wifi

Why do you want a Hub2? It is no better than your existing hub and you can't split the wifi bands.
