Good luck, have been in contact with BT 5 times now, they have agreed I do not have a contract with them, but continue to send bills and threatening letters for money I do not owe, as the system says I have a contract, although every living BT agent agrees I do not. This will end on court action if BT does not correct their system

I moved your post to start your own thread as previous post was 3 years old and marked solved

as you appear to have tried on numerous times to sort this I have asked mods to see if they can help sort this out
