Refer a friend not received vouchers

It was June I made a referral friend had installed in June over 45 days but paid bills used the referral link I sent from BT have not received subsequent emails with updates have chased 3 times for update on £50 each voucher to be told looking into still nothing what’s going on not acceptable

please any advice on how to get these vouchers
