    <description>&lt;P&gt;Your profile doesn't have an account associated with it &lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/305861"&gt;@Susans75&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;which is why the app can't find your subscription. To fix that, you need to be able to follow the instructions shown at bt.com/help/id003 but if you only see an error when you log into MyBT then unfortunately you can't follow those instructions.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately I don't know how to help you with this issue, which is why I'm hoping a moderator can get involved with this bit.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Could you please give examples of what you've tried to log onto, and with specific error codes where shown? This will help identify the specific problem with your account.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Account activation just requires you to click the link in the activation email that was sent to you when you created your BT ID.</description>
