i got my son but Wi-Fi in 2000 and I am struggling to pay it since losing my husband.he’s on benefits so went to cancel the count but on brining it up it’s states that he isn’t out of contract till 2024 ?????

HE DOESNT HAVE ACCESS TO THE AOUT AS HE has learning DIFFICULTIES ND DOESNT UNDERSTND IT

WHAT CAN THIS BE ?

I would think the contract was renewed recently with a new 2 year minimum term hence the 2024 as the ‘out of contract’ date.

the contract does not auto renew so have you phoned up to make a change either add or delete something as that would start a new contract
