Cancelling recent BT Sport addition to broadband package

I've just added BT Sport to my regular broadband. The BT TV box & wireless disc arrived today but now I realise I'm not going to be able to situate everything where I want without paying to have new sockets installed etc. My mistake, but I'd like to know if it's too late to cancel the addition to my subscription & return the unused equipment.

You usually have 14 days as a cooling off period in which you can cancel
