    <description>&lt;P&gt;I’ve switched provider last week and no longer need tv package. Does this automatically cancel or do I need to let BT know? In my account for broadband it still says my next bill is due in September? Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Do you have an activation date from your new provider? Once they take over the line your services with BT should cease. If there are any problems with the cease I can help. I'll drop you over a private message now in case you need to get in touch.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you are just looking to cancel your BT TV package then you would need to contact us to arrange this.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are moving your broadband, phone number and TV to another supplier then this would happen automatically unless you are moving over to Virgin.&lt;/P&gt;
