      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm confused.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My broadband contract expires next month and this is what I currently have and am being offered:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="my bt.JPG" style="width: 414px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.bt.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/78438i549E44BB184056A0/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="my bt.JPG" alt="my bt.JPG" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But if I look at what is available to a new customer can get this is what I see&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="bt new 2.JPG" style="width: 999px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.bt.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/78439iF2DB13FEB3CE5146/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="bt new 2.JPG" alt="bt new 2.JPG" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I get that BT are always offering new customers better deals than their existing ones and that I could call them to haggle for a better deal but the implication from what I'm being offered is that the higher speeds aren't available to me. The annoying thing is that when I looked last week, the faster speed options were available.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why can't BT just be honest with (&amp;amp; fair to) their existing customers?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Best to call the BT Consumer options team : 0800 800 030&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As for personalised deals it only shows a few options but more deals maybe available hence best to call to negotiate&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Obviously it wouldn’t be a personalised ‘list’ if the simply linked to every product available, perhaps from your current usage ‘meta data’ they assume faster/more bandwidth isn’t something you would benefit from , so your personal offers are based on a similar speed to what you currently have, , it’s also not the only choices you have, you obviously can contact BT and if you wanted much faster speeds than you currently take , there would be nothing stopping you from negotiating on that basis.</description>
