Unable to upgrade. says I'm an emplyee. never worked for bt

As the title says, I am not and never have been a BT employee but when I try to get upgrade offers I keep being told I am and that I cannot upgrade due to this.

What do I need to do to get this corrected so that I can, at least, see upgrade options?
