    <description>&lt;P&gt;Call BT 0800.800.150 and explain to them what has happened along with your Proof of Postage/tracking number and they should be able to update your account that the item has been returned.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Returning equipment "Delivery Attempted"</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I sent my router return on 21 August and apparently Royal Mail attempted to deliver to BT Returns on 24 August however delivery failed as "nobody in".&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot reschedule delivery as I don't have the card with the required information.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I assume Royal Mail will just try again. But how can nobody be in at the BT Returns department?
