&lt;P&gt;I am sorry for the problems you're having adding your account to your BTID.&amp;nbsp; Have a word with our colleagues in the helpdesk 0800 800 150 who should be able to help you sort this out.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have any problems come back on here and we will be happy to pick up.&amp;nbsp; It would take us a few days to get back to you so I have suggested contacting the helpdesk to get this resolved quicker.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Problems adding account to BTID</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same problem. I try to add account to myBT. After adding account, it shows 5 minutes are required to update. However, there is still no account in myBT after 5 minutes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
