Good morning

My stepfather, Allen has moved into a care home permanently due to ill health.

I have Power of Attorney over his affairs.

I wish to cancel his contract with BT

Please let me know what details are required and where I can send them.

Have you tried phoning CS 150 or 0800800150 from mobile and see if they can help you. If you try and cannot make any progress then post back.
