&lt;P&gt;You should call the BT Customer Support 0800.800.150 and they should be able to help. If you are still unable to get it sorted post back and it may be possible for further assistance to be offered.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Cannot add my account to MyBT</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi Support. When I add my account it says it has been added, and might take 5 minutes to show, but it never gets added. I have tried multiple times over the last few days.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;According to similar articles regarding this, it seems as though it is something that I need assistance with?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Steve&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your reply. I just call that number &amp;amp; selected the required product help. Unfortunately it just said that there is a high call volume &amp;amp; disconnected me. Not really a good new customer experience.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
