    <description>&lt;P&gt;Been trying for 5 days to get through to customer service. Initially, I was just going to move my broadband to my new house but after 5 days of phoning up to 3 times a day then waiting for 2 hours to be cut off I now just want to cancel my broadband.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To make it even worse, I logged a complaint yesterday just to get an email this morning my complaint was dealt with, and the complaint is now closed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can somebody tell me how to cancel my broadband if nobody answer the phone?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;if your fixed term contract has expired then just select your new ISP and they will do the rest&amp;nbsp; if still in fixed term then there will be cancellation fees for terminating early&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Bear in mind BT have been on strike 30/31 August&lt;/P&gt;</description>
