    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've just had a replacement hub delivered last Friday and BT naturally want the broken one back (? but I guess fair enough). What I object to is receiving no fewer than 3 return bags in the post on different days, plus an email asking us to send it back, plus a note on our account that BT are still waiting for its return and do we want a bag sending to us? Flip me, what a palaver - the hub was returned 2 days ago, so maybe they should just give me a chance!?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At some point will they take into account the fact that I have returned it and mark my account as such? Is there a check box that will be checked and I'll stop getting hassled?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
