Moving to bt

Hi, I am moving to bt in a weeks time, I had to pay a leaving fee to talk talk to end my contract early. I read somewhere on line that bt were paying these fees for you if you moved to the. Just wondering if this is right and if they are still paying the fee, thanks

No, not unless you received an invite to move to BT and they stated they would refund any cancellation charges.

If you did receive an invite, then you would need to send them detail of any charges, and it would be credited to you, over your contract period.

Thanks for your help, I wasn't sure how it worked, I am just glad to be moving from talk talk, and hope I get a better service from bt
