Hi all,

Contracts coming to an end I'm on Fibre 1 . Want to get Fibre 2 but when I try to order it tries to book an engineers appointment which I don't want. How can I do this without having to an appointment?

Check to see what is actually available to your house, as your line may not support a higher speed.

Moving from Fibre 1 to Fibre 2 shouldn't require an engineer, it' a change done at wholesale unless it's because you have FTTC now and the Fibre 2 upgrade is to provide FTTP.
