Want to get Fibre 2 but when I try to order it tries to book an engineers appointment which I don't want. How can I do this without having to an appointment?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Moving from Fibre 1 to Fibre 2 shouldn't require an engineer, it' a change done at wholesale unless it's because you have FTTC now and the Fibre 2 upgrade is to provide FTTP.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
