    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have just subscribed monthly pass to be able to watch BT sports.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been withdrawn on my account for the 25£.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, I don't get any access and I did not receive any confirmation email.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone advise on this issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Alex&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Sorry you had an issue with the Sport Monthly Pass account. If you not had an update on your order for the pass the account may not have got fully set up. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In this case the money would be returned to your bank/card holder. Check and see and let us know.&lt;/P&gt;
