Amazon Giftcard

I recently referred my friend to BT, we have both paid our first bills after referral. I have recieved my Amazon gift card but my friend is yet to recieve anything.

can someone please advise what has went wrong?

Hi @chazm88 welcome to the community and thanks for posting, the two vouchers are normally sent at the same time. Has your friend checked their spam and junk mail folders?

Yes we both had a good look through both inboxes and nothing has arrived
