Reward Card

My service started on Tuesday and I want to claim the reward card before I forget. When I go to the rewards page and click on my new account the page it takes me to has nothing about rewards on it. Do I need to wait or should I be able to claim it now? If so, how do I do it?

That is the page that I started from but can't get any info on my account

It can take a couple of days for your account to be updated, so try again tomorrow.

Your card would not be issued until 14 days have elapsed.

It has now been over a month and I still haven't heard anything about the card. When I go to the Reward Card page and put in my account number nothing at all comes up.
