Unfortunately Quidco didn't wish to resolve this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The order was messed up because the property was switching from FTTC to FTTP and there was a problem with Openreach's booking of engineers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there anything that can be done to rectify this? Cashback was meant to be £100.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;I signed up last year and my cashback was declined. Unfortunately Quidco didn't wish to resolve this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The order was messed up because the property was switching from FTTC to FTTP and there was a problem with Openreach's booking of engineers. The customer service advisor had to put in a new order because of this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there anything that can be done to rectify this? Cashback was meant to be £100.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
