    <description>&lt;P&gt;Does anyone elec receive offers or sees the personalized one in the app only to be told that they can’t have them?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did call BT and was informed that the online offers (webpage and app) were a different company to the BT on the help line and that they can’t honor the online offers.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
