    <description>&lt;P&gt;The BT Data Integrity team have told me all Openreach orders are cancelled. This was 8 Sep&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The BT website still says “we miss you already”. I would that thought this message would have disappeared by now&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Cancelling a transfer order</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We were moving to Plusnet but BT made us a good offer and now we are staying. Hopefully&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We attempted to cancel the transfer with plusnet on 22 Aug. This has been unsuccessful although PN think they have done it successfully&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On 1 Sep I spoke with BT and the early life advisor raised a complaint. I have made several calls since and the transfer to PN order is still pending with a completion date of the 12 Sep. It look like the the data BT is sending Openreach doesn’t match their data and this fails.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am told my case has been escalated but it still hasn’t been resolved and today is 8 Sep&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone suggest how I can avoid a transfer to PN on 12 Sep?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It’s down to the gaining provider to ensure they cancel the takeover. I’d go back to plusnet and raise your complaint with them, hopefully they can sort it out in time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
