Remove one of the multiple IDs on account

I have an account for BT Sport on a month-by-month basis where I should be able to cancel the subscription at any time. I initially took it out back in April and then stopped it at the end of the football season. I then restarted it at the start of the new football season, but in the process of doing so it has created a new account for me under the same login. When I now want to cancel it again it defaults to the original account which is currently not subscribed and there is no way to switch to the other one that would provide me with the cancellation option. So how do I remove the original account or at least be able to switch to the other one/make it the default account?
