    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, New customer with fibre broadband and trying to associate my Account number with my BT ID.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It accepts the account number and says to wait up to 5 minutes but it never resolves. Tried multiple times over the last few hours.       <description>Thanks John. I contacted support directly through the chat function. I'm a new customer, didn't know that was an option.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It was a torturous process but we got there in the end.</description>
