Cannot link account to BT ID

Im trying to set up my moms account and link it to her ID. I have tried numerous occasions but get the same yellow box. i have tried on mobile and laptop same happens. Does anyone know how to solve this issue thanks.

I'm sorry you're having problems setting up your mums account. Can you post a screen shot of what you're seeing, including the error message?

Hi David,

The first pic asks to add account. once you add account i get a green banner saying wait 5 mins. i have tried numerous time and it goes back to the beginning asking to add account. I hope you can help thank you
