Refer a friend Amazon voucher scheme

I was referred to BT by a friend who is an existing customer on the amazon scheme which entitles both clients to a £50 voucher and have yet to receive anything. It has been more than 45 days since I paid my first bill which is when I was told the vouchers would be available. Can this please be resolved.
