    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I have just joined BT. Both before going live, when trying to track my order, and after going live now, my account online says it's not linked to a BT Account. It gives me the option to do so, which I have attempted multiple times. It keeps saying within 5 minutes it will link the two together, but it never does.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Am I missing something really obvious here, or is there actually some kind of glitch on my account?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any pointers would be appreciated, as I am conscious that I am going to get my first bill soon (I Picked manual quarterly billing, so no direct debit set up) - And I need to be able to log in to see the amount and pay it on time, hence me starting to get a little worried now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same, since updating my ID to a new email address it works once and then says "no account exists for ID", then i try to register it says it already exists and logs me in but if I close the app it then says&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;"no account exists for ID".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can log in from lap top fine but I can no longer use the app which is frustrating........very BT though!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
