Reward card

Good morning,

My BT broadband went live over two weeks ago. Despite signing up to BT to receive a pre paid reward card I still cannot claim it. I received a text at the end of August about how to claim but when I follow the instructions it states ‘There is no reward waiting to be claimed’. Please could you let me know how I can claim this BT reward.
