    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been a BT customer for a few months now. Have registered online so I can view and manage my BT services; however despite the number of times I've tried to manually add the services included, the below message doesn't go away, nor would the services appear in my account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Ad1t0_0-1664353896822.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.bt.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/78753i27C5865C7FB715E7/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="Ad1t0_0-1664353896822.png" alt="Ad1t0_0-1664353896822.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The app Errs every time I try to log in, too, and the customer support team doesn't seem to know what the issue is.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also can't report a Broadband fault as the Diagnostic bot cannot find an account associated with my details.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PS I have registered with the same email I used to join BT, and I only use their broadband.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks for your help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
