    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've started receiving two emails each month telling me my bill is ready. They each confirm the correct (same) account number but each refers to a unique BT ID. In my account, I can only see one BT ID. Does anyone have any idea what the other one is and how I canget rid of it please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
