    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm a new customer (left Virgin after 10 years of disappointment).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Full fibre 100 was supposed to be installed today with engineer coming between 1pm-6pm. I booked half a day off to stay at home, waited all day in my living room to make sure I don't miss him.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried to call him twice, sent 2 texts, had no response from him, and eventually at 6:42pm the status of the order changed to:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Today, Mon 10 Oct 2022&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Engineer visit&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;for Broadband&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Estimated arrival Today between 13:00 - 18:00&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Status: Missed&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Please Contact Us so we can rearrange your appointment.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;The engineer has been unable to access to the property in order to complete the work.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How is that possible when no body tried to reach us all day? Nothing was blocking the property, there was space to park right outside.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now I need to book another installation? This is insane as it's 1 month to get another date and I already waited 4 weeks for this one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What shall I do? I'm now thinking to just return all the equipment and cancel my package&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Fab&lt;/P&gt;</description>
