      <description>&lt;P&gt;I RETURNED A ROUTER AND UNWANTED EQUIPMENT WITH THE PREPAID PRINTED LABEL AND BAG SENT TO ME FROM BT.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I TRACKED THE ITEM AND GOT RECIPIENT NOT AT ADDRESS - RETURN TO SENDER. OF COURSE THEY CAN'T RETURN TO SENDER AS THERE IS NO RETURN ADDRESS.&amp;nbsp; NOW BT ARE EMAILING ME ASKING WHERE THE ITEMS ARE.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ANY ASSISTANCE FROM BT WOULD BE WELCOME AS I'M NOT SUPPOSED TO REPLY TO THEIR AUTOMATED EMAILS.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you have Proof of Postage call BT 0800.800.150 and they will update your account as it having been returned.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
