BT TV Offer and Netflix

Hi Folks,

I'm interested in the current BT TV for £6 offer and I currently have a HD Netflix subscription.

I know the offer comes with Basic Netflix but I can upgrade that back to HD.

Does anyone know what the additional cost is to do that upgrade?

If its going to be similar to Netflix pricing (£12 or so) that would mean getting BT TV and NOW for very little which I'm more than happy to pay over my current Netflix price.

So thats BT TV, NOW and Netflix Standard (shown here: https://help.netflix.com/en/node/24926) for less than the current Netflix pricing?

Is the process to upgrade the Netflix handled in my BT account after the TV offer has gone through or with Netflix?
