Unable to claim reward

Hi All

I am struggling to claim the £110 reward card that was offered when taking out the broadband deal. I have received emails reminding me to claim this, but after clicking the link, logging in, I find that the page is empty.

My service started 4 weeks ago so believe there is a problem.

Any help would be appreciated.
